You’re a manager at a web site design contracting firm. You heard someone from CSS speaking at a conference about their design guidelines, and you’re interested in possibly purchasing them. You have a business card from the speaker, so you go to the web site listed on the card: www.classicsys.com.

Task #1 - From this page, show me where you'd go to find out information about the software you heard about.

• Where does the user expect to be able 'to get' information?
• What paths do they follow from the home page?
• Do they expect to be able to purchase directly from the site?

Task #2 - As long as you're here, you decide to find out more about the company's computer training for web design. Show me where you go to find out information about this software.

Task #3 - You have decided that this is a great product, and that you want to buy a copy of it. Use this credit card number to make your purchase. Show me how you'd buy the software.

Task #4 - Complete the billing and shipping information.

Task #5 - Review the billing and shipping information.

Task #6 - Enter the credit card information.

Task #7 - Attempt to complete the purchase. (Note:Though users are not informed, purchase attempt is set up to fail this time, so success will not be tracked .)

Task #8 - You've decided that you'd like to get a copy of the other CBT program as well. How would you add the GUI CBT product to your cart?

They need to clear the cart before proceeding. (prototype mockup)

Task #9 - Complete the purchase.
