We provide you with a 30-day return policy. You can return any item in its original packaging within 30 days for a refund, less shipping and handling charges.
To request a return please contact us at 925-240-2550, or send an email to support@classicsys.com. When you contact us, please be sure to include your order number, the product you would like to return and the reason for the return. You will be given a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return address.
No returns, of any type, will be accepted without an RMA number from Classic System Solutions, Inc. Packages returned to without an RMA number or to the wrong address cannot be credited and will be shipped back to you at your expense. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. While Classic System Solutions, Inc. does not pay for the return shipping, you will not be assessed any restocking charges.
Public Events
Payments,
both domestic and international, must be received on or before the first day of the event. No attendee will be admitted into the event without payment by check, cash, traveler’s check, credit card, training document or purchase order number. Substitutions may be made at any time. Cancellations made before two weeks prior to the event will be subject to a cancellation fee of $100 per registrant. Registrants who do not attend the event or who cancel within two weeks of the event are liable for the entire registration fee. All cancellations must be made in writing and sent to:
